a program of the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services
Leave a legacy for others by engaging in volunteer service to address some of Gwinnett County’s most critical needs!
Whether you are part of an organization in need of volunteers, a company or group with a passion to create a positive impact, or an individual with a desire to change your community, Gwinnett Great Days of Service is a powerful tool for bringing people together to raise their hand and be counted.
Gwinnett Great Days of Service connects community changemakers to nonprofits and schools in need while engaging socially responsible companies to help make a difference in our community.
A variety of meaningful service projects are available, so you, your family, your company, school, or organization can choose the volunteer project that fits your skills, interests, and/or preferred area of Gwinnett.
Help fight hunger in Gwinnett County by hosting a food drive at your company, school or organization. Your collection of nonperishable food items and personal care items will be distributed to our network of nonprofit organizations serving those in need.
Currently, Gwinnett needs to provide 12.8 million more meals to meet the current demand.
Host a book drive at your company, school or organization to collect new or gently used children’s books appropriate for young children ages 0-8. Please help us promote early learning readiness, literacy, family together time, and success in school by giving the gift of books today!
The single most significant factor influencing a child’s educational success is their access to books.
